Chinese cabbage

This is the first seasonal, fresh vegetable in our offer. It is grown under unheated foil and in the open field. In the first four weeks it is grown under foil, and the next four weeks it comes from open fields. At the beginning of the season the heads are looser, lighter and they typically weigh less than 1kg. Each head is packed separately, wrapped in foil. The heads grown in the open field are more compact and they weigh more than 1kg, they can even weigh almost 2 kgs at the end of the season. In this period we sell them cleaned, without cover leaves.
