Sour cherry
The quality of Hungarian sour cherry is said to be world classic. The size, consistency, taste of sour cherries is good for fresh consumption, which cannot be said about sour cherries of other countries. Our sour cherries are also suitable for canning factory production, mainly Pandi’s variety. There is only little loss during pitting. While Western Europe purchases it almost exclusively for industrial further procession, the Baltic States and Russia is interested in fresh sour cherries with stalk. We can deliver ground sour cherries for juice made from gypsy sour cherries. The nutritional value of gipsy sour cherries is highly appreciated by fruit juice producers.
