Pritamin paprika

Before the millenium this type of paprika was produced in very big quantities in Hungary. Since then the importance and the industrial production of this paprika has been declining. Bács-Zöldért Zrt. considers pritamin paprika a very important product and the company supports the growing of it. It is an important export product. Due to its high sugar content and specific flavour it is very popular in Hungary to consume freshly.
