In recent years, Kapia has strongly gained ground, besides white paprikas. It is very well-known and popular throughout Europe because of its bright red and thick, savory flesh. Processing Kapia is typical in canning factories as an indispensable basic component of mixed pickles.
For the fresh market the early Kapia comes from foil, but later from open fields. Taking into account both production and sales, Kapia has become one of the most significant products of our company from the point of view of growing and selling in the past few years.
